Level 2: Present Development:
Step 1: We are increasing the Torque in the magnetic drive up to 200 Nm:
The present model was developed as our proof our concept.
On the current Model the slipping Torque between the Magnetic Drive and the Magnetic Torque and Speed Enhancement Device is 10 Nm (Newton meter).
We have used MagNet6 from Infolytica Corporation to re-develop the internal structure of the components.
The slipping torque on the pre-serial models will be between 50 and 200 Nm.
Step 2: We are increasing the speed to 30,000 rpm:
The slipping torque of 10 Nm limits the Output Speed on the current Model to 573 rpm. The increased Torque on the new Model will allow us to operate the unit at 30,000 rpm.
3. Implementation of specifically developed Generator.
To harness the oscillating torque that appears at specific predictable frequencies (speed), we will implement the newly developed Generator.
Output Power Range 30-300 kW.
